Health & Safety — Customer Declaration

All participants are required to inform DelphiTrekk in advance of any medical conditions, recent injuries, pregnancy, allergies, or medication that may affect their ability to take part in the activity. Failure to disclose relevant health information may place the participant at risk and may affect the provider’s ability to deliver services safely. By joining the trek, participants confirm that they are physically fit for the activity and accept responsibility for notifying the guide or organizer of any health concern prior to departure.

Cancellation & Liability Disclaimer

DelphiTrekk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any scheduled trek due to adverse weather conditions, unsafe trail conditions, or events of force majeure. Such decisions are made solely by DelphiTrekk with the safety of participants as the primary concern. DelphiTrekk shall not be held liable for cancellations or modifications made for safety reasons. In case of cancellation by DelphiTrekk, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative date or a refund according to the company’s cancellation policy.
